Ronald S. Go, MD
Ronald S. Go earned his degree in Medicine from the University of Santo Tomas, College of Science. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and a Fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at Mayo Clinic Division of Hematology/Oncology. Currently, he is associated as a Consultant in the Division of Hematology, Department of Internal Medicine, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Go’s areas of interests are amyloidosis, Erdheim-Chester disease, health services and outcomes research, large granular lymphocyte leukemia, multiple myeloma and non-malignant hematology.
Dr. Go engages in health services research, including studies on populations’ access to and cost of care, utilization of tests and treatments, and outcome and quality of care. Dr. Go also investigates on the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of histiocytic disorders such as Erdheim-Chester disease, Rosai-Dorfman disease and Langerhans cell histiocytosis as well as complement-mediated hematologic conditions such as Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria, Atypical Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome, etc.
