Bharathi Upadhya, MD
Dr. Bharathi Upadhya graduated from the Mysore University Government Medical College in 1994. She completed her internship in internal medicine from North Carolina Baptist Hospital, 2005 and residency in internal medicine from Vijayanagar Institute of Medical Sciences, 1998. She also did a residency in internal medicine from North Carolina Baptist Hospital, 2007. She completed her fellowship from Penn State University – Hershey, 2010.
Dr. Bharathi Upadhya is a cardiologist at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center and also serves as an Associate Professor (cardiology) at Wake Forest School of Medicine. Dr. Upadhya is interested in treating conditions such as atherosclerosis, amyloidosis, pulmonary embolism, etc.
